Vega Squadron CS:GO roster update 09.04.2018 Author // Konservator

Our Counter-Strike: Global Offensive roster is living through serious changes right now. Due to latest results, Vega Squadron management decided to put Sergey "keshandr" Nikishin and Nikolay "mir" Bityukov to reserve.

These two players have quite some experience after playing in Vega Squadron on March - December 2015 and then starting from November 2016 up till now. Their impact on our team is invaluable. Team went to the Majors several times, finished first in the regional Minors and also on several international tournaments.

Team management:

«Our team has always stood as a unit and never dropped the ideas from when the team has been founded. Players went though many challenges and grew as professionals together. Eventually players started experiencing problems and we put double the effort to solve them. But guys still became more distant and distant and their points of view changed. We tried to unite them, but it wasn't of any help.

It was an tough decision and we tried to avoid it by all means. Today two of our players are becoming reserve ones and are open for transfer. The organization is thankful to the players for the time they've spent with us and all the victories we achieved together».

Team coach, Artem «Fierce» Ivanov:

«At some point in time team divided into two groups. The first one wanted some radical changes in terms of practice, Counter-Strike approach and some general questions. The remaining players wanted to stick to the old plan and just keep playing. One way or another, this method brought players to some results.

Unfortunately, we couldn't find a compromise and the permanent pressure on players lead to the decline in individual and team results».

From now on Nikolay "mir" Bityukov and Sergey "keshandr" Nikishin are officially reserved and are open from transfer. We'll share our plans with you soon.
