First map picks:
Vega: Phantom Assassin (Ditya Ra), Templar Assassin (G), Dark Seer (Mag), Earth Spirit (SoNNeikO), Bane (CeMa)
Horde: Lifestealer (Gorgc), Outworld Devourer (Xcalibur), Tidehunter (33), Sand King (Pablo), KotL (Akke)
On map 1 Vega Squadron went for usual position 2,3 and 4 heroes but then showed Phantom Assassin and Bane. Agressive trilane worked fine, "squadron" went far ahead and only 33's ultimate on his Tidehunter were keeping "Horde" on tracks. But one single critical mistake by Vega Squadron and the game is already deep in late phase.
And that means double Ravage every teamfight, so "sharks" had to be very careful. Roshans were being killed, heroes died and buybacked, but Ancients stood strong. Eventually it came down to two teamfights on enemy bases and G with Ditya Ra killing enemy Ancient with mega creeps.
Second map picks:
Vega: Ember spirit (Ditya Ra), Shadow fiend (G), Underlord (Mag), Sand king(SoNNeikO), Dazzle (ALWAYSWANNAFLY)
Horde: Luna (Gorgc), Outworld Devourer (Xcalibur), Batrider (33), Rubick (Pablo), KotL (Akke)
Between maps CeMa had connection problems. Without being able to solve them, team decided to replace him with ALWAYSWANNAFLY.
Horde played agressively, killed Mag on level 1, but "squadron" replied with pressure on all the other lanes. Vega's gold was concentrated in G's hands and he got 3 slots in 20 minutes.
"Sharks" played safe, took Roshan and tier-2 towers, but didn't manage to get up enemy high ground. Vega made a couple mistakes in teamfights with Horde in defence and gave away their advantage. After killing 4 heroes Swedish stack rushed enemy base, killed tier-4's and finished the game in a blink of an eye.
Third map picks:
Vega: Clinkz (Ditya Ra), Ember spirit (G), Dark seer (Mag), Spirit breaker (SoNNeikO), Bane (ALWAYSWANNAFLY)
Horde: Lifestealer (Gorgc), Alchemist (Xcalibur), Tidehunter (33), Earth spirit (Pablo), Crystal Maiden (Akke)
After taking comfortable heroes Vega began quite nice. Even though Alchemist was on Horde's side, "sharks" were only increasing the gap closing enemies on their base.
But by minute 20 the advantage stopped increasing and Tidehunter didn't let Vega push as effectively. First tier-3 of team Horde fell only in 10 minutes when the difference in net worth wasn't that obvious. Vega still looked scary, though.
It all came down to one fight around tier-2 on midlane where 33's great ultimate won a fight for Horde and let them take a set of barracks, making the game back even. A couple minutes later G died with no buyback and this time two Ravages won the game.
